What Happens on the Day of Installation — and What’s Included?
On the day of your installation, a Gas Safe registered engineer from Gas Tech Plumbers will arrive, explain the process, and make sure your home is protected with dust sheets before any work starts. We safely remove your old boiler, prepare the area, and install your new high-efficiency system. A typical boiler installation takes between 4 to 6 hours, depending on your existing setup.
Once your new boiler is fitted, we connect all gas, water, and heating pipework, install the flue, and set up any controls or smart thermostats. We carry out a full system flush, complete all safety checks, and commission the boiler to manufacturer standards. Before leaving, we show you how everything works and ensure your home is left clean and tidy.
